Beer and BBQ, what could be better?
At Sheffield’s Backroom BBQ, the smoker’s are smokin’,
the brisket is basting and the bar is groaning under sundry succulent
slabs of ribs. We’ve settled in with our new kitchen and our smokers
are churning out the most succulent pork this side of Memphis.
What is that you say, you were sleeping through
the last couple months and didn’t realize that Sheffield’s is now in
the barbeque business? Well, you got some catching up to do. Stop on
by and grab a table by the fire and dig in. We’ve got ribs and chicken,
pulled pork and sausage and our brisket simply must be tried to be believed.
But don’t take our word for it, come on out and see for yourself. We’ve
got all the barbeque basics – chicken, ribs, pork and brisket – with
the requisite sides: Mac’ n Cheese, greens, baked beans, etc. And you
can score a salad or an appetizer if that’s more what you had in mind.
