      A Bohemian Pilsner with an IBU of 34.  Their flagship beer named after the founder himself.  Light and Crisp.

-Bison Brewing Reunion Imperial Brown Ale (2007) (Berkley, CA) ABV: 7.5%  $10   22oz. bottle

      Brewed with 6 organic malts, 3 different hops and then dry-hopped, this bottle-conditioned beer helps benefit the Institute for Myeloma and Bone Cancer Research in Los Angeles.

-Bison Brewing Reunion Organic Red Rye (2008) (Berkley, CA) ABV: 6.5%  $10   22oz. bottle

      This year's version of Reunion is an organic red rye ale, featuring a malt forward character balanced by spice notes from the rye, caraway seeds, and hops.  Drink beer, fight cancer.

-Dark Horse Crooked Tree IPA (Marshall, MI) ABV: 6%  $5  12oz. bottle

      Heavily dry hopped for big pine and citrus aroma.  Excellent fruit flavor that finishes dry, crisp, and clean.  A staff favorite.

-Dark Horse Sapient Trip Ale (Marshall, MI) ABV: 8.5%  $7   12oz. bottle

      This beer with a Trappist yeast strain so it is very traditional. The flavors are incredibly complex with notes of mild fruit and finishes with a bit of clove. Although this beer is higher in alcohol it is very smooth and finishes dry on the pallet.

-Lagunitas Censored Rich Copper Ale (Petaluma, CA) ABV: 5.9%  $5 12oz. bottle

     This ale contains no actual copper, however its nice caramel malt gives this beer a rich, palatable flavor unlike any other.

-Left Hand Polestar Pilsner (Longmont, CO) ABV: 4.6%  $4.50    12oz. bottle

     A brilliant refreshing lager; hand-crafted using traditional methods and ingredients.  A German-style pilsner with a dry, crisp finish.
